Krásné počasí přivítalo v sobotu více než čtyřicet dvojic v Ořechu na turnaji přezdívaném Svědek. Po ranním mrazíku, když začalo prosvítat slunce, začínal i tříkolový švýcar, který měl určit postupovou osmičku vyvolených. Nakonec se turnaj dohrával v brzkých večerních hodinách, což znamenalo, že se ani nemusela použít světla.
