Tradičního nedělního turnaje pořádaného klubem Slope Brno, který se vyvinul jako vendeta za Slavkov, se tentokrát zúčastnilo 26 dvojic z Moravy, z nově vzniklého Petank Clubu Praha a ze Slovenska. Obrat ve finále turnaje PC Mobil, stejně jako se to stalo ve Slavkově, si 27. července užili Martina Gazdová a Milan Hašek.
Ačkoliv propozice turnaje na stránkách asociace ještě v předvečer konání slibovaly zajímavý herní systém K. O. bez základní části, nakonec pořadatel zřejmě vyhověl přáním účastníků a hrála se čtyři kola švýcara s postupem do „osmičky“.
