Předpověď počasí na sobotu 12. května – přívalový déšť, silný vítr, kroupy. I přes to se do Plzně sjelo 29 dvojic, připraveno těmto živlům i soupeřům čelit. Mimo krup bylo vše. Povrch mokrý, místy hodně blátivý až bažinatý. Organizace jako každý rok perfektní, nálada sportovně-přátelská. Jindříšek Kubeš z PC Kolová s červenou igelitkou na noze skrýval před deštěm ortézu. Tomu se říká – sportovní nadšení.
